SALON POLICY
How do i book online?
If you are wanting to book an appointment please follow the book online button on our website and this will take you through to our email system. Please provide your full name, service that you wish to have done and a recommended time/ date.
We will then send you a link to our online bookings where you will be able to book online and pay our deposits to secure your appoitment.
When receiving your confirmation text please get in contact as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.

30% deposit for all online services.

Cancellations less the 24 hour notice will need to pay 30% of the service they missed.

No shows will need to pay 100% of the service before rebooking.
Unfortunately if no shows become frequent then we will no longer be able to accept any further bookings.

How do i confirm my appointment?
You will receive a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment with our address.

Running late?
If you are running that please let us know as soon as possible as this may affect your appointment. This may result in your appointment being altered or services not fulfilled.
